Performance Tools Warranty

Westrac Ltd extends the following warranty on (Performance Tools) hand tools:

Lifetime Replacement Warranty – a warranty against defects in materials and workmanship that has no time limit to make a claim.

NOTE:

  • This warranty is applicable in instances of product defects causing failure of performance for intended purpose.
  • It is not valid as a warranty that the product will perform for the lifetime of the buyer.
  • Warranty replacement will be given upon confirmation, by a Westrac Ltd representative, of defects on which the replacement warranty is being requested.
  • Westrac Ltd also holds the right to allow for two (2) working days to examine, ship, and process any warranty claim (if accepted based on warranty conditions, terms, and exclusions).
  • In any instance in which a replacement for an accepted warranty claim is not available, a store credit, equaling the price of the product purchased will be given.

Exclusions:

  • Warranty does not apply to any product or part which is used for a purpose for which it is not designed, or which has been repaired or altered in any way so as to affect adversely its performance or reliability.
  • Warranty does not apply to any product or part which has been subject to misuse, neglect, or accident.
  • Warranty does not apply to wear and tear incident to normal use & service.
