Air Conditioner Warranty

This Air Condition unit is covered by a one (1) year warranty, if installed by Westrac Ltd, or an approved, certified, and licensed Technician. If the unit fails within one (1) year of purchase date, due to a factory defect of the unit, it will be repaired with parts at no cost, or replaced with a new unit.

WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
• Normal maintenance or service, including cleaning of condenser or evaporator coil, cleaning or replacement of air
filter, replacement of blown fuses, or repair of loose connectors or defects in building wiring.
• Repairs needed because of faulty installation or misapplication, abuse, unauthorized alteration, improper or lack of
servicing or operation.
• Damage because of extreme weather conditions, fires, surges or brownouts, accidents, corrosive atmosphere,
damage to circuit boards due to pests or insects or other conditions.

END USER MUST:
• Use correct and proper remote controls to prevent control board errors.
• Use a voltage regulator to protect unit from fluctuating electricity – inverter-type units.
• Service unit at least every three months.
• Have a copy of invoice in case of warranty claim.
